Home equity loans and lines of credit information is moving to a new location within online banking. Here are some FAQs for questions you might have.

Will I still be able to view my home equity loans and lines of credit in online banking?

Yes, your home equity loans and lines of credit information can be accessed through the Mortgage Dashboard after May 10. During the transition period from May 1 to May 10, 2021 you will not have access to your home equity loans and lines of credit information. All payments and payoffs received during this time will be processed as soon as the loan has transitioned and will post effective the date of receipt. If you need a payoff statement, please contact Andigo Credit Union.

How do I access the Mortgage Dashboard for my home equity loans and lines of credit?

Within online banking, click on the Mortgage tile.

In the new Mortgage Dashboard, the last payment amount and date is not correct. Why?

The last payment amount displayed is your year-to-date interest, and the date this information was transferred to the new servicing team. This was necessary to transition your loan. Once you make your next payment, this amount will update and reflect the correct last payment amount and date.

I was able to make payments to my home equity loans and lines of credit using the Fund Transfer menu option and I no longer see my account appear within the “To” drop-down menu.

You will no longer utilize the Loan Payment page to make payments to your home equity loans and lines of credit. Payments will now need to be set up via the Mortgage Dashboard.

Will the one-time, future-dated transaction(s) that I set up using the Funds Transfer/Loan Payment page continue to process for my home equity loans and lines of credit?

No, payments will now need to be set up via the Mortgage Dashboard.

Will the recurring transaction(s) that I set up to pay my home equity loans and lines of credit continue to process?

After 4/30/2021 all recurring transactions to your home equity loans and lines of credit will be cancelled. On or after 5/10/2021, you will need to set up the new payment through the Mortgage Dashboard.

Will the one-time, future-dated transaction(s) that I set up using the Funds Transfer/Loan Payment page continue to process my home equity loans and lines of credit?

After 4/30/2021 all recurring transactions to your home equity loans and lines of credit will be cancelled. On or after 5/10/2021, you will need to set up the new payment through the Mortgage Dashboard.

I was able to do a cash advance from my home equity loans and lines of credit using the Funds Transfer page and I no longer see my account appear within the “From” drop-down.

You will no longer be able to use the Funds Transfer form to move money from your home equity loans and lines of credit. Instead, you can utilize your home equity line of credit checkbook to perform a cash advance.

Do I need to request a Home Equity Line of Credit Account checkbook?

No, a checkbook will be sent to you directly. You will receive 10 checks in the checkbook with the availability to re-order at any time.

How long will it take to receive my Home Equity Line of Credit checkbook?

Expect your checkbook to arrive by middle of May, 2021.

Who can I contact if I didn't receive my Home Equity Line of Credit Account checkbook?

Within the Mortgage Dashboard under Account Management, you can contact us by sending a secure message, using the online chat tool, or calling us at 866-255-9396.

What if I need to advance the Home Equity Line of Credit Account before I receive my checkbook?

If you need to advance the Home Equity (LOC) Account before you receive your checkbook, or at any time you may not have a check, feel free to contact us at 877.270.6392 and we can transfer your available funds into your account.

How do I request a Mortgage Payoff?

How do I access my Home Equity Account statements?

Your statements will be available through the Mortgage Dashboard.

I am making a payment over $10,000. Is there a hold?

Principal Payments of $10,000 or greater will be subject to a 10-day hold. The hold on the line will be in the amount of the principal payment you are making. Your line may still be advanced during this time with the exclusion of the principal payment amount until after the 10-day hold.

Can I make a purchase with an electronic Home Equity Line of Credit Account check?

Check processing will include validation of your signature. Because of this, electronic checks will not be accepted in a retail setting. It is recommended that you deposit the Home Equity Line of Credit check into a primary checking account and then use the primary checking account when shopping at a retail location.

Can I deposit my Home Equity Line of Credit check to my checking account through Mobile Deposit at Andigo?

Yes, a Home Equity Line of Credit check deposit can be made via mobile deposit through our mobile app. You can also deposit it at any of our retail branches. Please note that other financial institutions may not accept Home Equity checks as remote deposits based on their check-clearing processes.
