We hope this message finds you and your family well. It's hard to believe that almost one year ago, amidst a global pandemic, the merger of Andigo Credit Union and Consumers Credit Union became official on June 1, 2020. We are proud of how quickly our team was able to respond and assist during uncertain times—extending hours of service and introducing a payment relief program to name just a couple of examples. We believe in doing the right thing for our members and are committed to delivering on this belief every day.

Since the merger last June, Andigo has been operating as Andigo, a Division of Consumers Credit Union. In the third quarter of this year, accounts and systems will transition as we come together as one credit union—operating solely as Consumers Credit Union after that time. This may seem like a long time from the official merger date, and there is good reason. We’ve been assessing each credit union’s product and service offerings, systems and processes to choose the best way forward for the combined credit union. One outcome of this process was the selection of the continuing online and mobile banking platform. Andigo’s was chosen, and Consumers Credit Union members recently went through a conversion to the new platform. This is great news if you use online and mobile banking today. It will look and feel very familiar after the transition.

While it is business-as-usual over the next few months, there are a couple of changes we’d like to share with you. Effective April 1, 2021, new members interested in joining Andigo will be directed to Consumers Credit Union for membership. As an existing member, you can continue to open products and services online and at any branch in the interim.

In addition, the Consumers Credit Union logo will be used more predominantly in communications going forward and included in employees’ email signatures leading up to the full rebrand of Andigo Credit Union to Consumers Credit Union later this year. This change brings more consistency and unity for the combined membership and for our team of over 500 employees. True to our word, there have been no staff reductions as a result of the merger—and there won’t be.

We appreciate our team’s hard work and dedication toward bringing the two credit unions together to best serve you in the future. Thank you for your continued trust and membership.
