ScoreCard Rewards Program

How do I earn ScoreCard reward points?

You can earn 1 point for every $2 you spend through signature-based Andigo Debit Card transactions with your Andigo checking account. Just select "credit" every time you make a purchase in person, on a phone or internet order. The money will still be deducted directly from your checking account, but by selecting "credit" instead of "debit" you'll earn these points. Cash-back and ATM transactions don't earn points.

You can also earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on your Andigo Visa Platinum credit card with rewards. As long as your account is in good standing that is, not delinquent, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended, shut down, locked down, locked up, closed shop, or generally unavailable for use as a source of funding. Cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges or for fees of any kind on your card account won't earn you points. And if you returned what you bought and get a credit to your account, the points available in your account will be reduced accordingly.

To view and redeem your bonus points online, log into your account and click on "If you have ScoreCard points, click here to view or redeem" from the Account Balances page. You can view the ScoreCard catalog online. Or, pick up a ScoreCard catalog at any Andigo branch.

What should I do if I forgot my password to the ScoreCard rewards web site?

No biggie. Just change your password on the ScoreCard site.

What can I do if I am experiencing problems with the ScoreCard Rewards web site?

Not cool. Let ScoreCard Rewards know by calling them directly at 800.854.0790. They run their site so they'll be able to help you out faster than we can.

When do my Andigo ScoreCard rewards points expire?

Every year on May 31, subject to a 48 month expiration cycle. Here's what you can expect: Beginning in June, you will be notified on your monthly statement of the total amount of points due to expire the following May. Points are redeemed on a first in-first out basis, meaning the oldest points will always be redeemed first.

To avoid losing points, just make sure to redeem the accumulated points before the expiration date. Redeem your ScoreCard reward points for merchandise or travel awards.

How do I redeem my ScoreCard rewards points?

You can redeem them for some sweet merchandise or travel stuff.

Order merchandise:

  • Go to scorecardrewards.com and check out their online shopping module. You'll buy the stuff you want with your merchandise awards directly on the ScoreCard rewards site or download, print, complete, and mail the order form on the same site.

  • Order hotel and car rental certificates: Complete the order form on scorecardrewards.com. (It takes about 4-6 weeks for these rewards unless you choose to pay for express mail.)

  • Order bigger travel packages: Get airline tickets, vacation packages, and cruises online or by calling and speaking with a Travel Services Representative at 800.854.0790. Any questions on redeeming travel awards? Call 800.842.3006.
